Poker Sidekick Our Rating: 9.9

Sidekick calculates "actual" hands that can be drawn by player and all opponents. Shows player's current hand ranked within the set of all potential hands. Shows the actual odds of drawing each type of hand. Teaches player what the odds are to make each such hand (important, since players won't always have these tools available when playing, esp. offline with other players). Calculates an overall hand strength that factors both current hand and player/opponent draws into consideration for final recommendation. Includes an "improved" set of Sklansky starting hand tables. Poker Sidekick comes in two versions. A less expensive, one-year subscription service for $19.95 Click Here to review. Or A full version for $59.95. Texas Calculatum Our Rating: 9.9

Here is a truly remarkable software that we tested over and over again, with the same results. Texas Holdem is a game of numbers and percentages. This little software gives you those percentages and so much more. In fact, with the correct setting and following the suggestions of the software, we won amazingly darn near every hand we played. Don't believe us. O.K. you can easily download the full version of the software for a trial period and see for yourself. We found it very easy to use and extremely accurate. Click Here to give it a try or Click Here to get more details and screenshots. Cost is $49.95

Poker Hud Our Rating: 9.6

What a cool little tool. This little guy sits right on top your playing window and give you ranking of your hand from 1 to 169, 1 being the best hand. As the flop, turn and river cards are dealt, your given percentages for each hand how you rank the percentages for a Win / Lose 0r Draw and what the percentage is for any hand you may be dealt from a pair up to a Royal Flush. A very handy and convenient little tool. If your a numbers person and you want your percentages, this one is for you. These are the numbers and percentages that a professional poker player would instinctively know. Click Here to read more about this very nice tool. Cost is $24.95

Pokerbility Our Rating: 9.5

Wow...this baby was obviously created due to the popularity of Texas Holdem, and it shows. The interface is very high tech with all the information you need including outs, which I like very much. You get percentages for each possible hand along with your hand ranking. However, the best thing I like is the additional information it gives for what you should do. For instance rather than Check or Raise, this software will tell you to Check then Raise. The adjustments are easy to understand and very sensitive, which is good. You can adjust Tight to Loose play as well as play in all positions early middle or late. We did have a bit of a problem getting it to work by just dragging the display over the table, which is what's supposed to activate it. It doesn't apparently work with all the major rooms, so make sure your room is supported before you buy it. We didn't see an option to reduce the size of the window  either. Overall this is one awesome Texas Holdem software. The trial version allows for the play of 300 hands. Price is 49.95 which is comparable to other software available. Poker Edge Our Rating: 9.4

Poker Edge is a software that calculates the probabilities of how a player will respond based on that players history. Don't worry about having to build up a history with each player to get accuracy, it's already done. In fact, it currently tracks the play habits of over 448,680 players. Don't ask me how it works technically, it just does. This is extremely useful in tournament play and for high stakes games. You can even identify the fish and the sharks prior to playing or joining a table. When you use this software combined with one of the others odds calculators below you'll be able to give Moneymaker and Brunson a run for their money. At least online anyway. You'll find that you'll have what seems like an almost unfair advantage over your opponents. Poker Edge runs between $9.95 and $19.95 a month, which is a bargain when you consider just how much you can win using it. Click Here to review it further or Download A Three Day Trial HERE.

Poker Tracker Our Rating: 9.3
Poker Tracker has to be the Granddaddy of all poker tracking software. This software is for the serious online poker player. It will take a while to set up the software and get used to it, but it'll not only track games it'll darn near cook your breakfast too. Personally, I like simple software that gives me fast simple readouts. This software is not that. It's complicated, probably because of the incredible amount of features it has. You can import up to 1000 hands with the free trail and take it for a test drive. Downloading is fast and simple as well as uninstalling it. We could list all the features but we wouldn't do what this software can do justice, it's much better if you Download A Free Trial and test it for your self.  Cost is $55.00

Poker Inspector Our Rating: 8.9

After testing poker inspector for many hours, and following the software's online playing suggestions we increased our holdings from 2000 to almost 8000. The settings are a little tedious to get dialed in but once you do it works fine. There's no other special software to download to make it work. There are lots of statistics, almost to many, but you get a big bang for your buck if you use them. Personally, I don't want to take the time while playing to analyze statistics. The screen doesn't minimize and runs in back of the screen your playing on. It has a very nice verbal audio command feature that makes suggestions for how you should play. We did stray away from the suggestions occasionally and both won and lost hands. Works at a large number of online rooms. Click Here learn more. Cost is $79.00
